Beautiful Civil War era Odd Fellow human hair chain. The chain is 15.5" long and is constructed of 3 strands of woven human hair, assembled in a spiral. Gold engraved mounts accent the ends. One end with a large decorated hook, the other with adjustable rings. The rectangular gold center piece bears the 3 symbol links of the Odd Fellows. The reverse of what appears to be a bloodstone. This is a fantastic piece of Civil War era hair jewelry. Excellent condition overall.
