Fine+early engraved Remington-Elliot's O/U Derringer, .41 caliber. This derringer has the early 2-line barrel address, 1870's which is highly desirable and getting harder and harder to encounter. This Remington O/U derringer is fully engraved overall, it has not been renickled and retains all of the original nickel finish. The bores of each barrel are very good. Hinges are perfect, free of any cracks. Original 2-piece mother-of-pearl grips in excellent condition. Barrel underside and frame match, stamped #2591. Mechanics are perfect with the firing pin moving properly. If you are looking for a true Old West Derringer, this early Remington is perfect, it would be hard to upgrade.
