Scarce engraved Volcanic pocket model. Serial #219, matching. .31 caliber. Metal is a nice smooth aged grey. The profusely scroll engraved brass frame has a beautiful smooth untouched golden-mellow aged patina. The barrel is clearly stamped, "NEW HAVEN, CONN. / PATENT FEB. 14, 1854" (somewhat worn). Bore and mechanics are very good. Grips are good with age handling wear and scuffs. Original magazine spring present, unbugered screws. Here is your chance to own one of these classic and desirable American firearms, the "Henry" of handguns. These are getting harder and harder to encounter.
