Fancy pair of percussion muff pistols.  Each similar, very fine+ overall.  6" in length.  Approximately .45 caliber.  Extremely well made, yet no visible maker marks.  Metal overall is smooth aged grey.  Frames are scroll engraved.  Fold-out triggers, screw-off barrels, fish-mouthed hammers.  Actions are fine.  The stocks have a wonderful shell and scale-relief.  Silver capped butt pieces have goddess-relief faces with spring-loaded lids to reveal butt compartments.  Silver shield escutcheon inlaid on the back of grips.  These display well as fancy matched muff pistols.
