Civil War military cased fleem. Moroccan leather case decorated on the lid with a U.S. eagle. The brass fleem is very good overall with working blade and spring. The brass in untouched and unmarked.
The gilt eagle on the case lid is worn, but still all there. Interior of the case is very good with one worn spot, exterior has age scuffing and leather loss mostly on the underside. Flat hook closure present.
