WWII leg irons, complete, each cuff stamped "HARVARD LOCK COMPANY / NEW YORK". These are being sold "AS IS" as the cuffs move freely, but the key seems to be stuck and I can't remove it, maybe you are more handy? The key does turn somewhat.
