Circa late 19th c. sword cane with military motif.  The cane measures 35.5" in length with a 20" hidden sword blade.  Constructed of wood, the entire bode of the cane has its original chocolate brown glossy paint.  It has 3 matching metal bands with the top cap bearing a nice relief of crossed flags and sabers.  The un-sharpened blade is excellent, very good+ condition overall.  Sword canes are very desirable.  With the military motif this may very well be a veterans sword cane.
