Fine G.A.R. (Grand Army of the Republic) Kepi. Gold wreath GAR emblem on the front center. Complete with leather chin strap and eagle side buttons. The blue wool is very good+, with the exception of one 1" area moth hole on the right sweatband just behind the side button. The lining of the sweatband has pulled loose inside. Sturdy visor. Great for display.
