Original Civil War kepi/cuff buttons. These are infantry with an "I" in the middle of the shield on the face. Wonderful gold gilt finish and crisp detail. These match and are both manufactured by Evans & Co., although the backs are marked "D. EVANS & CO. SUPERFINE", the other "D. EVANS & CO. EXTRA". Both attachment loops are present. Non dug.
