Civil War identified eye glasses with case. Brass framed eye glasses with adjustable ear stems, rectangular lenses, in very good+ condition overall. Housed in a tin Civil War era cigar case, front of case stamped "PAT APP FOR". Inside of case with original maroon felt liner, worn from age, attached is an old paper label identifying the owner as "E. C. COLLINGS". There is only 1 solider listed in the Confederate Texas cavalry as Edmund Collings. A nice pair of identified CS eye glasses, complete.
