Exceptional+ overall condition model 1851 Colt Navy revolver. Serial #147722 matching, 1863 manufacture. This revolver shows very little use. The barrel retains .85% original blue, mirror bore. The frame and loading lever with strong vivid original case colors. The cylinder scene is .100% crisp. Tight mechanics. Edges are sharp and all markings are crisp and deep. The grips are excellent retaining most of the original varnish. Brass is mellow aged patina.
Here is an exceptional Colt Navy of mid-Civil War production, hard to find in this condition.
